Dr. Jason Viloria, Ed.D. is an accomplished educational leader with more than two decades of experience spanning school site leadership and district-level administration. Most recently, he served as Superintendent of Laguna Beach Unified School District from 2016 to 2024, where he led the district to top-tier academic rankings in Orange County, expanded college and career readiness programs, and launched bold sustainability initiatives aimed at achieving carbon neutrality by 2030.
Prior to his tenure in Laguna Beach, Dr. Viloria served as Associate Superintendent and Executive Director of Educational Services at San Dieguito Union High School District, where he managed human resources, business services, and instructional programs across multiple campuses. His site leadership experience includes serving as Principal of Woodbridge High School in Irvine, where he drove increased AP participation and oversaw major facility modernization projects.
Dr. Viloria holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy from Pepperdine University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from San José State University, and a B.A. in History from UC Santa Barbara. He has also served as an adjunct professor, mentoring the next generation of education leaders.
At School Leaders, Dr. Viloria leads strategic bond program management and executive leadership projects, partnering with superintendents, Chief Business Officials, and facilities teams to deliver impactful, student-centered outcomes.
