How we work

Within 1–2 weeks we place an experienced California K-12 leader into your interim role — full-time, embedded, accountable to your board through the gap. Most interim placements are 3–12 months while you run a permanent search; some convert to long-term advisory.

What roles do you cover?

Most commonly: Superintendent, Chief Business Official (CBO), HR Director, Facilities Director, and program-specific specialists (FIT, OPSC, bond program). We don't cover instructional or classroom roles.

Do interim leaders work alongside a permanent search?

Often, yes. Our interim placements coexist with the permanent search process — the interim leader is focused on continuity and stabilization, not on competing for the permanent role.
