Who we're looking for
The advisors districts will trust.
Experience that matters
Former California superintendents, CBOs, facilities directors, M&O leaders, HR directors, or program leaders with at least 10 years in California K-12.
Available for engagements
Retired or semi-retired, with bandwidth for project-based or interim work — typically 1–4 days per week for a discrete engagement.
Credentialed and credible
Track record of leadership recognition, board endorsements, or sustained performance the next California district will trust.
