Overview

In September 2020, the Bear Fire, also known as the North Complex Fire, ravaged the Berry Creek community, resulting in the complete destruction of Berry Creek Elementary School. Recognizing the school's central role in the community, School Leaders was entrusted with managing the comprehensive rebuilding effort to provide students and families with a safe and modern learning environment. Our engagement encompassed strategic planning, coordination with various agencies, and overseeing the reconstruction process. Despite challenges such as supply chain disruptions and regulatory complexities, our team's dedication ensured the successful reopening of the school, symbolizing a fresh start for the Berry Creek community.
