About the Role
Run the field on occupied-campus modernizations: daily logs, subcontractor coordination, inspector and DSA inspections, phasing around instruction, and site safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activity
- Maintain daily logs, look-ahead schedules and manpower reports
- Coordinate DSA-required inspections and testing
- Plan phasing and campus logistics with district staff
- Enforce site safety
Qualifications
- 8+ years field supervision, 3+ on DSA projects
- OSHA 30 required
Compensation & Benefits
$110,000–$160,000 base
Vehicle allowance and full benefits.
