Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.

About the Role

Run the field on occupied-campus modernizations: daily logs, subcontractor coordination, inspector and DSA inspections, phasing around instruction, and site safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction activity
  • Maintain daily logs, look-ahead schedules and manpower reports
  • Coordinate DSA-required inspections and testing
  • Plan phasing and campus logistics with district staff
  • Enforce site safety

Qualifications

  • 8+ years field supervision, 3+ on DSA projects
  • OSHA 30 required

Compensation & Benefits

$110,000–$160,000 base

Vehicle allowance and full benefits.
