About the Role
Support the Superintendent and Construction Manager: RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, as-builts and punch lists.
Key Responsibilities
- Process RFIs and submittals
- Maintain procurement and delivery logs
- Keep as-built drawings current
- Manage punch lists and closeout documents
Qualifications
- 0–3 years
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
- Procore and Bluebeam
Compensation & Benefits
$78,000–$100,000 base
