About School Leaders
School Leaders is an education-facilities consulting firm serving California's K-14 community. We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.
About the Role
Program administration across engagements: board and oversight-committee packets, contract and insurance tracking, DSA file hygiene, CRM and Google Workspace upkeep, and invoice support for our two-entity billing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare board and Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee packets
- Track consultant and contractor agreements, insurance certificates and DIR registration
- Maintain DSA project files and certification status logs
- Keep Zoho CRM and the weekly ops tracker current
- Support monthly invoicing and time-entry review
- Coordinate meetings, travel and conference logistics
Qualifications
- 2+ years in project or program administration, ideally in AEC, public agency or school district settings
- Excellent written communication
- Google Workspace, Zoho or similar CRM, and Adobe/Bluebeam
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$65,000–$85,000 base
