We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.

About the Role

Build and maintain master program schedules, cash-flow forecasts and change-order and cost logs across programs — a separate line item on district rate schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update program and project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Maintain program cash-flow forecasts against bond issuance
  • Track change orders, contingency and cost-to-complete
  • Produce monthly controls reports for districts and boards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years project controls in public construction
  • P6 or MS Project expert
  • Public-agency or K-12 experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000–$140,000 base

Hourly during contract phase; salary range shown is the full-time equivalent.
