About the Role
Conceptual through GMP estimating for lease-leaseback and CMAR pursuits, constructability review, bid packaging and subcontractor outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, DD and GMP estimates
- Lead constructability reviews
- Package bids and manage subcontractor outreach
- Support proposal fee development
Qualifications
- 7+ years estimating public K-12 or institutional work
- Proficiency in estimating software and Bluebeam
Compensation & Benefits
$110,000–$150,000 base
