School Leaders is an education-facilities consulting firm serving California's K-14 community. We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.

About the Role

Own the SOQ, RFQ and RFP production calendar, the résumé and project-sheet library, brand templates, the LinkedIn content calendar for the firm and our Affiliated Consultants, conference logistics and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices and production for RFQ/RFP responses
  • Maintain résumés, project sheets and boilerplate
  • Produce LinkedIn content and graphics on the brand system
  • Coordinate CASH, CASBO, ACSA and CCLC conference presence
  • Update schoolleaders.com content

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in AEC or public-sector marketing/proposals
  • InDesign, Google Workspace and a CMS
  • Strong writing and editing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000–$95,000 base
