School Leaders is an education-facilities consulting firm serving California's K-14 community. We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.
About the Role
Prepare and track School Facility Program eligibility and funding applications, CDE site approvals, enrollment projections and Facility Master Plan updates for the districts we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare OPSC eligibility and funding applications (SAB 50-01, 50-02, 50-03, 50-04, 50-05)
- Manage CDE site approval and CEQA coordination
- Build enrollment projections and capacity analyses
- Lead Facility Master Plan updates
- Track state bond authority and funding rounds
Qualifications
- 4+ years in California school facilities planning or OPSC/CDE work
- Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, public administration or related field
- CASH School Facilities Leadership Academy or ALEP a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$95,000–$150,000 base
