We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.
About the Role
Clear legacy uncertified DSA applications and run closeout on active projects for our districts, working directly with our Closeout.AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Track DSA 152, 6-PI, 6-AE, 6-C and 301 forms to certification
- Coordinate inspectors of record, architects and contractors on outstanding items
- Reconcile deferred approvals and construction change documents
- Prepare district certification letters and status reports
- Maintain the closeout dashboard
Qualifications
- 2+ years in DSA document control, plan review or school construction administration
- Bluebeam required
- Familiarity with DSA PR 13-02 closeout procedures
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$95,000 base
