We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.
About the Role
Deliver FIT reports, deferred-maintenance plans and APPA-based maintenance and operations staffing studies, and build the data models and peer-district comparators behind them.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct facility condition and FIT assessments
- Build deferred-maintenance and capital plans
- Perform APPA-based custodial, maintenance and grounds staffing analyses
- Prepare board-ready reports and presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in facilities analysis, district M&O leadership or consulting
- Strong Excel/data skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$85,000–$120,000 base
