Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.
About the Role
Manage construction-phase delivery on lease-leaseback, CUPCCAA and multi-prime school projects: contractor coordination, schedule and cost control, inspector-of-record and DSA field coordination, safety oversight and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day construction operations on occupied campuses
- Manage subcontractor coordination, schedules and cost
- Coordinate with the inspector of record, architect and DSA field engineer
- Enforce site safety program and IIPP
- Lead closeout and turnover
Qualifications
- 7+ years K-12 or public construction management
- OSHA 30 required
- CCM preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent field experience
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000–$160,000 base
Plus profit-sharing pool, vehicle allowance and full benefits.
