About School Leaders

School Leaders is an education-facilities consulting firm serving California's K-14 community. We assist school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges with planning, funding, and delivering facilities. Services span bond program management, facility master planning, needs assessments, fiscal stabilization, strategic planning, superintendent searches, and leadership training. The firm also operates an affiliated CSLB-licensed general contractor, School Leaders Construction Management, providing construction management, lease-leaseback, and CUPCCAA project delivery.

About the Role

For retired or transitioning superintendents, chief business officials, facilities directors and maintenance and operations leaders. Affiliates carry the School Leaders title on LinkedIn, join a monthly virtual team meeting, and are our first call for engagements in their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent School Leaders publicly and on LinkedIn
• Join one monthly virtual team meeting
• Advise on pursuits and engagements in your expertise
• Take on paid project work as available

Qualifications

• Senior California K-14 leadership experience
• Active professional network
• Month-to-month affiliation with 30 days' notice

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly retainer plus project rates for engagement work.
