In September 2020, the Berry Creek community in Butte County, California, suffered catastrophic loss when the North Complex Fire destroyed Berry Creek Elementary School. For this small rural community, the school was more than a campus — it was the center of learning, connection, and hope. School Leaders was honored to step in on behalf of the California Department of Education, providing services pro bono to ensure that Berry Creek could begin its journey from devastation to recovery.

Torrance Unified School District partnered with School Leaders to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and accountability through targeted consulting and custom solutions. The collaboration resulted in streamlined operations, improved compliance, reclaimed space, and greater transparency to better serve students and staff.

Rosemead School District developed a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan to strategically address both current and future infrastructure needs. The plan provides a clear roadmap for facility development, renovation, and maintenance to support educational goals and community expectations.

School Leaders supported Santa Ana Unified School District in maximizing the impact of Measure G, a $200 million bond approved by voters in 2008 for school repairs and upgrades. Through strategic planning, the district secured an additional $240.4 million in state matching funds, bringing the total program value to $594.4 million.
